The staff was kind and warm and the whole vibe of the pace just felt right. We were a little lost upon arriving but the concierge team made us feel at home. Had a penthouse suite for which I thoroughly enjoyed morning dips in my rooftop pool and also the gym & lap pool on a daily basis!
