TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Internal Regulations oblige both Irie Tulum Condo Hotel, domiciled at Avenida Central No. 43, col. Mayazama Complex, C.P. 77760, Tulum, Quintana Roo, as well as the guests who contract their services.

GUEST REGISTRATION

Art. 1.- Any person who stays in this establishment is obliged to register in the card or special books that the establishment or its manager will carry out for this purpose. Likewise, you must show official identification with a valid photograph, both your own and that of the people who will be occupying the room. When the guests are a group previously contracted, your representative will fill out the registration sheet or provide in advance a list of guests who meet the aforementioned requirements.
Art. 2.- The check-in time is set at 3:00 p.m. The departure (check-out) and eviction of the room is set at 11:00 am each day, with a maximum tolerance of 30 minutes for this purpose. If the guest stays longer than established, his account will automatically be charged one more day of stay. The foregoing in accordance with the provisions of NOM-0lO-TUR·2001. If you wish to extend your departure date, we ask you to notify reception.
Art. 3.- The hotel charges must be paid in full at check-in. You will be asked for a bank card (open voucher) or a cash deposit to guarantee the additional consumption that you may request. The administration will issue proof of payment and detailed invoice of the services provided and the amount covered by them to the guest. The hotel does not assume responsibility for contracted external services such as taxis, dry cleaning or doctors. - Deposit cost per room: - Lock off: 200 USD – Single apartment (1 room): 350 USD – Roof: 500 units – Villa (5 rooms): 1,000 USD II.- PARKING LOT 1 / 3
Art. 4.- When the guest or client makes use of the hotel parking lot, they must place their car in a suitable place, the establishment is not responsible for partial damage or total theft of the vehicle or of objects left inside. III.- SECURITY MEASURES
Art. 5.- The hotel is not responsible for the losses that the guest could suffer in money and values not deposited in the security box that exists for this purpose in each room, The objects or valuables forgotten by a guest in the room, will remain in the custody of the hotel administration for a term of 15 days, after this period has concluded and in the absence of any claim, they will be discarded.
Art. 6.- If a guest gets sick, the reception of the establishment must call the doctor and they can be treated in their room. If the disease is contagious for reasons not attributable to the establishment, the guest will be transferred at their own expense to the appropriate place.
Art. 7.- Clients are not allowed to have any type of animals in the room. IV.- HOUSEKEEPING
Art. 8.- Housekeeping will be done in the morning, from 8:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m. Customers who do not make their rooms available by indicating in the wall board accordingly during those hours will not be provided with housekeeping services.
Art. 9.- Both individual and group guests are informed that in this establishment the bed linen of the room are changed every third night of stay. V.- DAMAGES, DIRT, LOSSES.
Art. 10.- The use that should be made of the furniture, bed linen and other service objects, will be rational and adequate, guest must take care of them properly. In case of damaging the property or the hotel furniture, as well as losing the keys, it is the guest who will pay in full for the damage caused. Payments of this type are made immediately and in cash, the corresponding charge and price will be that established by the market at the time of the incident (in the case of groups, the person responsible is the organizer and/or representative, for which he will be the one who must pay the amount).
Art. 11.- If the Housekeeper reports sheets, towels or any other item in the room stained with ink, shoe paint, hair dye or any other substance that is difficult to wash, an extra charge will be made to the guest. for laundry or replacement of the item depending on the damage caused to it.
Art. 12.- When leaving their room, every guest is obliged to leave the doors, windows, water taps closed, turn off the lights, as well as return the keys to their room. VI.- PROHIBITIONS
Art. 13.- In compliance with the provisions of the Law for the Prevention of Smoking and Protection against exposure to tobacco smoke in the State of Mexico, smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, in the corridors or common areas of the Hotel. If you smoke inside the room, you must cover a fee of $200 USD for deep cleaning of the room.
Art. 14.- The consumption of food and drinks in the Gym and Yoga room is strictly prohibited. Only bottles of natural water can be entered. In case of making a request for food consumption, it must be approved by the Operations Management.
Art. 15.- In compliance with official provisions on civil protection, the hotel has taken security measures by installing a sufficient number of fire extinguishers and smoke detectors to be used in a possible accident, in such circumstances guests must give notice to the administration. VII.- SILENCE AND RESPECT FOR THE REST OF CUSTOMERS AND HOTEL STAFF
Art. 16.- From 22:00 hours in all the rooms the acoustic volume, music, television and voices must be moderated. Also respect night silence in the corridors and on the stairs. From 23:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., guests are asked for absolute silence.
Art. 17.- Guests must behave with decency and morality within the establishment, being prohibited from disturbing the order by making noises that bother or annoy other guests, as well as using the room to execute any act prohibited by law.
Art. 18.- The establishment may deny its services when the guest is drunk or under the influence of drugs or narcotics. VIII.- ACCESS TO THE HOTEL
Art. 19.- The hotel does not authorize access to the occupied rooms by other guests or any person who has not been previously authorized by the client, hotel reserves the right not to allow visits from other people in the room.
Art. 20.- No Guest has the right to provide accommodation to any person without the prior consent of the management, in any case the corresponding procedures for registration and payment of the respective accommodation fee must be taken care off.
Art. 21.- Visitors are not allowed after 22:00 pm, in case the visitor stays in the property after this time, he will be considered as an additional person to 2 / 3 his reservation and the pertinent charge will be made. IX.- OTHER DISPOSITIONS
Art. 22 .- The rights of the establishment and of the guests to report before the competent authorities the facts that constitute an illegal act or that give rise to responsibility by any of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur within of the hotel facilities.
Art. 23 .- For all reservations: There are no refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures. Any change in the reservation is subject to availability and changes in the room rate.
ART. 24 .- Guests will not hold hotel responsible for refunds for events outside the control of the hotel; including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, acts of god, or other events that may negatively effect the guest while at the hotel.
ART. 25 .- All transactions will be charged in Mexican Pesos here at the property. All charges for items including but not limited to, cost of stay, hotel services, third party services that are priced in USD (United States Dollar) will be charged in MXN (Mexican Pesos) at an exchange rate of 20 MXN:1 USD. Additional fees could apply by your credit card company for the processing of the transaction.
ART. 26 .- Guest will not hold hotel responsible for noise, activity, or other events that occur outside the hotel that the hotel has no control over. Any of these external events will not allow for early-checkout, refund, discount, upgrade, or other said benefit.
Art. 27 .- Failure to comply with these Internal Lodging Regulations by the guest will be grounds for rescission of the lodging contract, without legal liability for the company.
