Reservation Policy

  • Rates based on double occupancy (2 pers) per room, per night in US dollars
  • Rates subject to 19% tax (16% VAT and 3% lodging tax)
  • Additional person in room, US$25 plus taxes per person per night (maximum)
  • Dynamic rates subject to daily occupancy
  • Additional person in room (subject to availability) + USD $ 25 plus taxes per person per night.
  • Christmas and New Year season + USD $50 plus taxes per person per night in categories permitted.
  • Christmas and New Year periods a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. For Easter and Holy Week, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.
  • In case of last minute reservations, the check-in time will be subject to hotel operation.
  • VISA, MCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted at the Hotel.
  • The check-out time in our property is established at 11 am.
  • Late check-out is upon availability with an extra charge of 100 USD until 1 pm
Deposits and Payments
The charges made by the hotel before, during and after the guest’s stay are subject to the money exchange valid in the hotel. A deposit greater than 50% of the total stay equivalent to full nights is required for reservations. Stays of 1 night, the total prepayment plus taxes is required at booking. Winter and Fall – Nov 1 to Apr 30 including Easter and Holy Week A deposit of 50% of the total cost stay, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining 50% of the stay will be charged upon arrival at check-in. Summer – May 1 to Oct 31, 2021 A deposit of 50% of the total cost stay, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining 50% of the stay will be charged upon arrival at check-in. CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR – Dec 21, 2021 to Jan 10, 2022 A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay, including taxes, is required to guarantee your reservation at time of booking. The remaining 50% of the stay must be received 90 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 30 days prior or less require full prepayment, including taxes. INVOICE – BILLING If an invoice is required, it must be requested within a period of no more than 72 hours after the payment of the deposit or 100% of the total stay.
Deposits and Payments
Winter and Fall – Jan 6 to Apr 30 and Nov 1 to Dec 20. Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival, will be subject to a penalty of one night of stay Cancellation 29 days or less prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a penalty of the deposit collected. Summer – May 1 to Oct 31 Cancellation up to 15 days prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a penalty of one night of stay. Cancellation requested 14 days or less prior to the arrival date, will be subject to a penalty of the deposit collected. CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR – Dec 21, 2021, to Jan 10, 2022 Cancellation up to 91 days prior to arrival, will be subject to a penalty of one night of stay. Cancellation 90 days prior or less to the arrival date is non-refundable and is subject to a 100% penalty of stay.
REFUNDS

All applicable refunds are subject to hotel scheduling and availability IRIE Tulum is not responsible for refunds not made by Travel Agencies if the reservation policy applies a refund.

CHANGES
Any modification is subject to availability. In case there is a difference in the rate, it must be covered by the client. Under no circumstance should a new rate be lower will the hotel reimburse or apply credits. The cancellation policy applies according to the initial date of purchase. In the event of Force Majeure events such as acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, hurricane strikes, civil unrest, government authority or any other emergency that makes it impossible for us to provide our facilities, the guest may request credit for a future stay up to 72 hours before the arrival date
  • Guest will not hold hotel reponsible for noise, activity, or other events that occur outside the hotel that the hotel has no control over. Any of these external events will not allow for early-checkout, refund, discount, upgrade, or other said benifit.
  • All applicable refunds are subject to hotel scheduling and availability.
  • All refunds will be Charged an ADMINISTRATION FEE for the total of $50 usd
NO SHOW AND EARLY DEPARTURES
In case of no show the charge will be applied without option of refund for the period covered and the room will be released at the corresponding check out time. Any early departure does not generate any refund or liability for the hotel.
ADDITIONAL PEOPLE
Additional person or children 12 years and older applies an additional cost of US $ 25 plus taxes per person per night, sharing existing beds. This depends on whether the room category allows additional people. Christmas and New Year season applies and additional cost of USD $ 50 plus taxes per person per night. Children up to 11 years old are without cost when sharing existing beds.
LOST OR MISSING ITEMS

Irie Tulum is not responsible for objects forgotten in the hotel facilities.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. Televisions,music, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls.

VISITORS: No visitors after 10:00 p.m.

After 10:00 pm any visitor will be considered an additional person an additional cost of $25 usd plus taxes per person will be applied .Visitors must notify Front Desk upon their arrival. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Visitors are not allowed to use guest amenities such as Gym , Pool or Yoga Studio. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.
