We are a concept who looks to interpret Mexican and Caribbean flavors, using smoking techniques to give a new deepness on flavors; trying to offer dishes or products you may already know in a different way in order to bring you a cathartic meal.

Experienced chef on offering caterings, private events along the Riviera, cuisine classes and “experiences” oriented on authentic Mexican cuisine and it’s culture, due to knowledge  gathered through different studies, courses and experiences on groundbreaking restaurants across the country. Looking to offer to the costumers a pleasant experience, delicious food, and an unique time.

Hibiscus at Irie is Chef Daniel´s inspired creation of his experiences to deliver guests a wellness inspired menu, focused on natural, locally sources, and seasonal ingredients that fuel the body with nutritional foods, while sending your taste buds on a journey to participate in the knowledge and experience Daniel has acquired through the course of his culinary journeys.
